The rules governing access to and use of Eduflexi, including Beta participation, accounts, community, mentorship, and participant content.

Eduflexi is developing an experience designed to help adults explore technology career directions through guidance, community, mentorship, resources, and progress support.
Eduflexi is currently operating and evaluating portions of this experience through a limited Beta.
Eduflexi is not a college, university, accredited educational institution, employment agency, or government workforce agency.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular offering, participation in Eduflexi does not result in an academic degree, professional license, industry certification, college credit, or guaranteed employment qualification.
The current Eduflexi Beta and participant platform are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
You may not create a participant account or participate in the Beta if you do not meet the applicable age requirement.
You agree to provide accurate information concerning your eligibility and account. Eduflexi may restrict or terminate access when it reasonably determines that eligibility requirements have not been met.
Submitting a Beta application does not guarantee acceptance, immediate access, mentorship availability, or continued participation.
Eduflexi may limit Beta enrollment or participation to support testing, participant experience, safety, technical capacity, or research needs.
The current Beta may be offered without charge.
Free Beta participation does not create a right to permanent free access to Eduflexi or to future products, features, memberships, mentorship services, or other offerings.
Eduflexi may introduce paid services in the future. If a paid offering is introduced, applicable pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before a purchase or paid enrollment is completed.
Eduflexi will not treat participation in a free Beta, by itself, as authorization to charge a participant for a future paid service.
You are responsible for:
You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for deceptive purposes, sell or improperly transfer an account, or knowingly provide another person unauthorized access to your account.
Eduflexi may use reasonable measures to verify account ownership when handling security, access, or privacy requests.
Eduflexi includes purpose-based community features. Access to particular groups, people, discussions, or features may depend on participant role, selected path or interest, group membership, mentor status, Beta assignment, or feature permissions.
An Eduflexi account does not automatically provide unrestricted access to every participant, mentor, group, private communication, or community area.
Participants must comply with the Eduflexi Community & Mentorship Guidelines. Eduflexi may moderate community spaces and may remove or restrict content or activity that violates these Terms, the Guidelines, applicable law, or reasonable safety and platform-integrity requirements.
Eduflexi may provide access to mentors or mentorship-related experiences. Mentors may share knowledge, experience, perspective, resources, and guidance. Mentorship is intended to support exploration and decision-making.
Mentorship does not guarantee:
Participants remain responsible for evaluating information and making their own educational, career, employment, financial, and other decisions.
A mentor’s individual opinions or recommendations do not necessarily represent the official position of Eduflexi.
Information available through Eduflexi may include information about careers, skills, education, certifications, employers, resources, or possible next steps. Such information is provided for general informational and exploratory purposes.
Requirements can change and may vary by employer, provider, location, or individual circumstances. Participants should verify important requirements with the applicable authoritative source before relying on them for a significant decision.
Eduflexi does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice merely by providing general information or access to community discussions.
You may be able to create, submit, upload, or share content through Eduflexi, including profile information, posts, comments, questions, images, files, feedback, or resources (“Participant Content”).
You retain ownership of Participant Content that you own.
By submitting Participant Content to Eduflexi, you grant Eduflexi a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and otherwise use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, provide, maintain, and improve the Eduflexi service and the feature through which you submitted it.
This operational license does not, by itself, give Eduflexi permission to turn a private mentorship conversation, personal story, photograph, community post, or other Participant Content into a public advertising testimonial.
If Eduflexi wants to use identifiable Participant Content for a materially different promotional or testimonial purpose, Eduflexi may request separate permission where appropriate.
You agree not to submit content if:
Eduflexi may remove or restrict access to Participant Content when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service or address violations.
Access to another participant’s information does not give you unrestricted permission to use or distribute it.
You may not improperly collect, publish, sell, exploit, or disclose another participant’s personal information.
You should not redistribute private or restricted community discussions, private communications, mentorship materials, participant images, or identifying information outside their intended context without appropriate permission.
You agree not to:
Except for Participant Content and third-party materials, Eduflexi and its licensors retain their respective rights in Eduflexi branding, designs, text, graphics, software, interfaces, original resources, and other protected materials.
Using Eduflexi does not transfer ownership of Eduflexi intellectual property to you.
You may use Eduflexi materials for personal participation in the service as permitted by the applicable feature or resource. You may not reproduce, sell, commercially exploit, falsely claim ownership of, or distribute protected Eduflexi materials outside the permissions provided by Eduflexi or applicable law.
Eduflexi may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, educational resources, employers, certification providers, community organizations, or other external resources.
A link, referral, integration, or mention does not necessarily mean Eduflexi controls, endorses, guarantees, or is formally partnered with that third party.
Third parties may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, fees, and practices. Participants should review relevant third-party information before using an external service.
Eduflexi handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy. Information concerning cookies, analytics, necessary technologies, and related choices is described in the Cookie & Tracking Notice.
Use of particular Eduflexi features may require processing information necessary to provide the requested service, maintain accounts, protect security, operate community functionality, administer mentorship, or maintain participant progress.
Participants may voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Eduflexi. Eduflexi may use general feedback to evaluate and improve its services.
Providing ordinary product feedback does not automatically authorize Eduflexi to publicly identify you or present your feedback as an advertising testimonial.
If Eduflexi wants to publicly attribute a testimonial, story, image, or identifiable statement to you, separate permission may be requested where appropriate.
Eduflexi may suspend or terminate access for reasons including:
Where appropriate, Eduflexi may use less restrictive measures before terminating an account, but circumstances involving safety, security, fraud, or serious misconduct may require immediate action.
You may stop using Eduflexi at any time and may request account closure subject to applicable retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
Eduflexi may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features as the platform develops. Eduflexi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
During Beta especially, features may change based on technical requirements, participant feedback, research findings, capacity, safety considerations, or business decisions. Where practical, Eduflexi may communicate material changes affecting active participants.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eduflexi is provided on an “as available” basis.
Eduflexi does not warrant that every resource, community statement, mentor recommendation, third-party opportunity, career description, or external link will always be complete, current, accurate, or suitable for every participant.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eduflexi LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use Eduflexi.
Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited or exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a participant from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Eduflexi may update these Terms as the Beta and service develop. The Last Updated date will identify the most recent revision.
If a material change significantly affects active participants’ rights or obligations, Eduflexi may provide additional notice and, where appropriate, request renewed acceptance.
Continued use alone will not be treated as consent where applicable law requires a more affirmative form of agreement.
