EduFlexi LLC — Community Guidelines

Overview

EduFlexi LLC (“EduFlexi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides community spaces intended to support respectful, safe, and productive learning for students, educators, and mentors. These guidelines apply to all community features, including forums, groups, comments, direct messages, and other platform tools.

By accessing or participating in EduFlexi community spaces, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines in addition to EduFlexi’s Terms & Conditions.

Expected Conduct

Users are expected to:

 

    • Treat others with respect and professionalism

    • Communicate in good faith and keep interactions constructive

    • Respect differences in background, experience, and viewpoints

    • Use community tools for learning and education-focused discussion

Prohibited Behavior

The following behavior is not permitted:

 

    • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, bullying, or abusive language

    • Posting false, misleading, or impersonating content

    • Sharing private or personal information about others without permission

    • Spam, scams, deceptive promotions, or off-platform solicitation

    • Posting illegal content or instructions to commit wrongdoing

    • Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment or platform integrity

Educator & Mentor Standards

Educators and mentors participating in community spaces must:

 

    • Maintain professional boundaries and respectful communication

    • Avoid guaranteeing outcomes, certifications, employment, or earnings

    • Provide educational guidance only and avoid professional advice

    • Follow platform policies and community expectations

Reporting & Enforcement

EduFlexi may take action to maintain community safety and integrity. This may include:

 

    • Removing content

    • Issuing warnings

    • Temporarily restricting access

    • Suspending or terminating accounts for serious or repeated violations

Users may report violations through platform reporting tools (if available) or by contacting EduFlexi directly.

Beta Status & Policy Updates

EduFlexi is currently operating in an active beta phase. Platform features, content, functionality, pricing, and availability may change as the platform evolves. Where appropriate, material updates will be communicated through the website or platform.
