How Eduflexi collects, uses, protects, and manages information when you use our website, Beta, community, and mentorship experiences.

Eduflexi LLC (“Eduflexi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects information that you provide, information generated through your participation, and limited technical information needed to operate and improve Eduflexi.
This may include your email address, first name, optional last name, confirmation that you are 18 or older, broad location information such as whether you are in or near Erie, Pennsylvania, your current career or learning situation, interests, goals, mentorship interest, anticipated participation, optional feedback, and permission to contact you about Beta access and related updates. Eduflexi does not require an exact date of birth to verify the current 18+ eligibility requirement.
When you create or use an Eduflexi account, we may collect account identifiers, profile information, selected interests or paths, profile image, and information you choose to make available through permitted profile features.
We may process information you submit through permitted community features, such as group membership, posts, comments, questions, reactions, shared resources, images, and other participation information. Visibility depends on the feature, group, role, and applicable permissions.
We may process information needed to provide mentorship scheduling, including booking details, mentor selection, appointment date and time, booking status, cancellation or rescheduling status, attendance or no-show status, and information you intentionally provide for the session.
Eduflexi may record meaningful Beta milestones such as account activation, profile completion, path selection, group joining, first contribution, mentorship booking or attendance, next-step recording, and feedback completion.
We may collect surveys, interviews, feedback, and other information you voluntarily provide to help us understand and improve the Beta.
We may keep records of communications you send to Eduflexi and messages necessary to administer your account, Beta participation, mentorship, support, or requested communications.
When you use Eduflexi, technical systems may process information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, security logs, referring information, and website or feature usage data.
Eduflexi may use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand how the website and major features are used and to improve the Beta.
Where Eduflexi provides an analytics consent choice, non-essential analytics technologies will be controlled according to that choice.
Eduflexi does not intend to send names, email addresses, passwords, telephone numbers, private-message contents, community post or comment text, private mentorship conversations, uploaded-file contents, or free-text Beta application responses to general website analytics services.
If Eduflexi uses a participant identifier for analytics, it should be a non-identifying internal identifier rather than a name, email address, or username.
Eduflexi may use necessary technologies to support login, security, community, booking, preferences, performance, and other requested functionality. Eduflexi may also use optional analytics technologies with applicable consent controls.

Eduflexi may use information to provide and secure accounts and platform features; administer Beta applications and participation; operate community and mentorship features; communicate about Beta access, support, bookings, and requested updates; understand participant progress and friction; evaluate and improve the Beta; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; comply with legal obligations; and protect participants, Eduflexi, and the service.
Eduflexi may use service providers such as Mailchimp to manage permitted email communications.
Operational or Beta communications may be different from promotional marketing communications. Where required or appropriate, promotional communications will provide applicable choice or unsubscribe mechanisms.
Email services may provide engagement information such as opens or link clicks when enabled. Such measurements can be imperfect and should not be treated as definitive proof that a person read a message.
Eduflexi may share information with service providers that help operate the service, including providers supporting website hosting, security, account and community functionality, mentorship scheduling, email, forms, analytics, and technical support.
These providers may include technologies or services such as WordPress, BuddyPress, Amelia, Mailchimp, Google services, and hosting or security providers, depending on the features in use.
Eduflexi may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, or support a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets.
Eduflexi does not currently intend to use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as part of the initial Beta measurement system.
Information you intentionally post in community areas may be visible to other users according to the feature, group, role, and permission settings. Private or restricted information should not be treated as public merely because it is accessible to permitted participants.
Participants should review the Community & Mentorship Guidelines before sharing personal information or other people’s information.
Eduflexi retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the service, administering the Beta, maintaining appropriate records, resolving disputes, protecting security, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary by type of information and service. Eduflexi may delete, anonymize, or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
Eduflexi uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No website, network, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your relationship with Eduflexi and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or ask questions about how information is handled.
Eduflexi may need to verify identity before completing an account-specific privacy request. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Eduflexi may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices may be governed by their own policies. Eduflexi encourages participants to review relevant third-party information before using an external service.
The current Eduflexi Beta is intended for adults age 18 or older. Individuals who do not meet the current eligibility requirement should not create a participant account or participate in the Beta.
Eduflexi is under active development. Features, data practices, and service providers may change as the Beta evolves.
The current Beta may be offered without charge. If Eduflexi later introduces paid services or payment processing, this Policy and other applicable disclosures may be updated to describe those practices.
Eduflexi may update this Privacy Policy as the service, Beta, technology, or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date will identify the most recent revision. Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate.
