Beta Access, Booking & Cancellation Policy

How current Beta access and mentorship bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows are handled.

Last updated September 25, 2026

1. Current Beta Access

Eduflexi is currently testing and developing an experience designed to help adults explore technology career directions through guidance, community, mentorship, resources, and progress support.

Participation in the current Beta may be provided without charge. Submitting a Beta application or joining the Beta does not guarantee:

Eduflexi may limit participation based on Beta capacity, eligibility, program needs, technical capacity, safety, or other reasonable operational considerations.

2. Beta Invitations and Accounts

Applicants who are selected for participation may receive instructions for activating an Eduflexi account. Beta invitations are intended for the person to whom they are issued and should not be sold, transferred, or shared for unauthorized account creation.

Participants must continue to meet applicable eligibility requirements, including the current 18+ requirement.

3. Free Beta Access

When a Beta feature is offered without charge, there is no purchase price associated with that feature and therefore no monetary refund is available for that free participation.

Eduflexi may change, limit, replace, or discontinue free Beta features as the service develops. Participation in the free Beta does not automatically enroll a participant in a future paid service.

4. Mentorship Availability

The Beta may provide eligible participants with opportunities to schedule mentorship sessions. Availability depends on:

Access to mentorship does not guarantee that a particular mentor, date, time, frequency, or number of sessions will always be available.

5. Booking a Mentorship Session

Mentorship appointments should be booked through the scheduling method provided or approved by Eduflexi. Participants should provide accurate information needed to administer the booking.

A booking should be considered confirmed when the Eduflexi scheduling system indicates confirmation or Eduflexi otherwise confirms the appointment.

6. Cancelling or Rescheduling

Plans change. Participants who cannot attend a scheduled mentorship session should cancel or reschedule it as early as reasonably possible using the available booking tools or instructions.

For the current free Beta, Eduflexi does not need to impose a monetary cancellation fee. The goal is to make limited mentor time available to another participant whenever possible.

7. Late Cancellations

Eduflexi understands that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. An occasional late cancellation will not automatically result in loss of Beta access.

Repeated late cancellations, however, may result in temporary limits on advance mentorship booking if they materially interfere with mentor availability or prevent other participants from using limited appointment capacity.

8. No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a participant does not attend a scheduled mentorship session and does not cancel or reschedule it beforehand.

Eduflexi may record whether a scheduled session was attended, cancelled, rescheduled, or missed as part of operating the mentorship program and evaluating Beta participation.

An isolated no-show will not necessarily result in a penalty. Depending on circumstances and pattern, Eduflexi may use measures such as:

Eduflexi should consider the circumstances before imposing significant restrictions.

9. Mentor Cancellations

A mentor may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If that occurs, Eduflexi or the applicable scheduling system may notify the participant and, where possible, provide an opportunity to select another available time.

Because current Beta mentorship may be provided without charge, cancellation by a mentor does not create a monetary refund. Eduflexi does not guarantee that an immediate replacement appointment or another mentor will always be available.

10. Arriving Late

Participants and mentors should make reasonable efforts to begin sessions at the scheduled time.

If a participant arrives late, the session may still need to end at its originally scheduled ending time to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. A significantly late arrival may be treated as a missed session when meaningful mentorship can no longer reasonably occur.

11. Technical Problems

If a mentorship session cannot reasonably occur because of a technical problem, Eduflexi may attempt to help the participant and mentor reschedule. Technical interruptions do not guarantee that another appointment will be immediately available.

Participants should report recurring technical issues so Eduflexi can evaluate problems affecting the Beta experience.

12. Appropriate Use of Mentorship Booking

Participants agree not to:

Eduflexi may restrict booking privileges when necessary to address abuse.

13. Ending or Restricting Beta Access

Eduflexi may limit or end Beta access for reasons including:

Where appropriate, Eduflexi may communicate the reason for a restriction.

14. Leaving the Beta

Participants may stop participating in the Beta at any time.

Stopping participation does not automatically require deletion of every record associated with an account. Information may be retained or deleted according to the Eduflexi Privacy Policy, applicable operational requirements, and applicable law.

Participants may contact Eduflexi regarding account or privacy requests.

15. Future Paid Services

Eduflexi may introduce paid products or services in the future. If that occurs, Eduflexi will separately disclose the applicable:

These terms will be disclosed for the applicable paid offering. This current free-Beta policy should not be interpreted as the refund policy for a future paid Eduflexi service. Future paid services may therefore require this policy to be updated or replaced with separate payment and cancellation terms.

16. Changes to This Policy

Eduflexi may update this policy as the Beta and mentorship program develop. The Last Updated date indicates the most recent revision. Material changes affecting active participants may be communicated through the platform, email, or another appropriate method.
