1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small pieces of information that websites may store or access through your browser. Websites may also use similar technologies to support functionality, remember settings, maintain security, or understand how a website is used.

Not every cookie or similar technology is used for advertising or behavioral tracking. Eduflexi uses or may use these technologies for the purposes described below.

2. Necessary and Functional Technologies

Eduflexi may use necessary and functional technologies to:

These technologies are used because they are necessary or appropriate for providing the features you request. Blocking them through your browser may cause parts of Eduflexi to stop functioning correctly.

3. Analytics Technologies

Eduflexi plans to use analytics to understand how visitors and participants use the website and to improve the Eduflexi experience. This may include Google Analytics. Analytics may help Eduflexi understand:

Where Eduflexi provides an analytics consent choice, non-essential analytics technologies will be controlled according to that choice.

4. What Eduflexi Does Not Intend to Send to Analytics

Eduflexi does not intend to send the following to general website analytics services:

Eduflexi may measure that an activity occurred—for example, that a participant completed a profile or booked mentorship—without sending the private content associated with that activity to an analytics service.

5. Eduflexi Progress Tracking Is Different From Optional Website Analytics

Eduflexi may maintain first-party records concerning participant progress and use of core Beta features, such as whether a participant:

These records support operation and evaluation of the Beta and may also power participant-facing features such as Your Progress. They are different from optional third-party website analytics.

Declining optional analytics does not necessarily prevent Eduflexi from recording information required to operate your account, provide requested services, maintain security, administer the Beta, or record necessary participant progress.

6. Your Analytics Choice

Where Eduflexi provides a cookie or analytics preference control, you may choose whether to allow non-essential analytics technologies.

Necessary — Always Active: Required to operate core website, account, security, community, and requested service functionality.

Analytics — Optional: Helps Eduflexi understand website and feature usage so that we can evaluate and improve the experience.

Declining optional analytics should not prevent you from applying for or participating in the Eduflexi Beta, although certain aggregate usage information may not be available to Eduflexi.

7. Changing Your Choice

Eduflexi intends to provide a way for visitors to review or change their analytics preference after making an initial choice. Once the consent system is implemented, a Cookie Settings, Privacy Choices, or similar control may be available through the website.

You may also be able to control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Browser-level restrictions may affect website functionality if necessary technologies are blocked.

8. Third-Party Services

Some Eduflexi features rely on third-party technologies or services. Depending on the feature being used, these may include services supporting analytics, forms, email communications, mentorship scheduling, website infrastructure, security, or embedded resources.

Third-party services may use their own technologies according to their respective roles and privacy practices. For additional information, review the Eduflexi Privacy Policy.

9. Advertising Technologies

Eduflexi does not currently intend to use advertising pixels or similar behavioral advertising technologies as part of the initial Beta measurement system.

If Eduflexi later introduces advertising or cross-site measurement technologies, such as advertising conversion pixels, we may update this Notice and applicable consent choices before or when those technologies are introduced.
