Beta Participation Notice

What participating in the Eduflexi Beta means, what may change, and how participation may be evaluated.

Last updated September 25, 2026

1. The Eduflexi Beta

Eduflexi is still developing and evaluating the experience. Beta participants can:

Features available to individual participants may vary during the Beta.

2. Who Can Participate

The current Eduflexi Beta is intended for adults 18 years of age or older.

Submitting a Beta application does not guarantee acceptance. Eduflexi may limit participation based on Beta capacity, eligibility, program needs, participant experience, technical capacity, or other reasonable operational considerations.

3. Current Beta Access Is Free

The current Eduflexi Beta may be provided without charge. Joining the Beta does not:

If Eduflexi introduces paid services later, applicable pricing and purchase terms will be presented separately.

4. What Beta Means

Because this is a Beta, the experience will continue to evolve. Eduflexi may:

Some features may therefore look or work differently over time.

5. What Eduflexi Is Trying to Learn

The Beta is intended to help Eduflexi understand whether the experience provides meaningful value to participants.

Clarity — Do participants better understand possible directions and what their next step could be?

Action — Does participation help people move from exploration toward a concrete next step?

Incremental Value — Does Eduflexi provide useful support that participants were not already getting elsewhere?

Continuity — Do participants find enough value to return and continue their journey?

Mechanism — Which parts of the experience—such as community, mentorship, path guidance, resources, or progress support—appear most useful?

These questions help Eduflexi decide what should be improved, expanded, changed, or removed.

6. How Participation May Be Evaluated

Eduflexi may evaluate the Beta using information such as:

For example, Eduflexi may record that a participant joined an appropriate group, made an initial contribution, booked mentorship, attended a session, or completed a feedback survey.

The goal is to understand the participant journey, not simply to maximize clicks, posts, or time spent on the platform.

7. Your Progress

Eduflexi may provide a Your Progress feature to help participants understand where they are in their Beta journey.

It may include milestones such as: Account activated → Profile completed → Path selected → Community joined → First contribution → Mentorship explored or attended → Next step recorded → Feedback completed.

Progress indicators are intended to provide guidance and help Eduflexi understand the Beta experience. They are not grades, academic records, employment credentials, certifications, or evaluations of your worth or ability.

8. Community Participation

The Eduflexi community is a purpose-based environment rather than an unrestricted social network.

Access to people, groups, and features may depend on your role, selected path, group membership, mentorship relationship, or applicable permissions. Participants must follow the Community & Mentorship Guidelines.

9. Mentorship

Mentorship may be available to eligible Beta participants depending on mentor availability and Beta capacity. Mentors may provide experience, perspective, resources, and guidance.

Mentorship does not guarantee employment, certification, admission, earnings, promotion, or another particular outcome.

Private mentorship conversations are not automatically treated as public Beta research content or marketing material merely because the session occurred. Eduflexi may record operational information such as whether a session was booked, cancelled, attended, or missed.

10. Feedback

Your feedback is valuable because the purpose of a Beta is to learn. Eduflexi may ask what was useful, confusing, unnecessary, missing, or difficult. You are encouraged to provide candid feedback.

Providing feedback does not automatically authorize Eduflexi to publicly identify you or use your name, photograph, personal story, or identifiable quotation in advertising.

If Eduflexi wants to use identifiable participant material for a testimonial or promotional story, separate permission may be requested where appropriate.

11. No Guaranteed Career Outcome

Participation in Eduflexi does not guarantee:

You remain responsible for your educational, career, employment, and other personal decisions.

12. Participation Is Voluntary

Participation in the Beta is voluntary. You may stop participating.

Eduflexi may also limit or end participation when reasonably necessary because of eligibility, safety, policy violations, Beta capacity, technical requirements, program changes, or discontinuation of the Beta.

Information already collected may be retained or handled according to the Eduflexi Privacy Policy.

13. Privacy

Eduflexi handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and optional analytics is provided in the Cookie & Tracking Notice. Private community and mentorship information should also be treated according to the Community & Mentorship Guidelines.

14. Other Eduflexi Policies

These documents provide more detailed information about account use, privacy, community participation, mentorship, bookings, and other aspects of the service.
