This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled on the EduFlexi platform. This policy applies during EduFlexi’s beta phase and is subject to updates as the platform evolves.
EduFlexi LLC provides access to digital educational content, subscriptions, and mentorship sessions. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
Refund requests for individual courses or digital content may be considered if:
The request is submitted within a limited time after purchase, and
The content has not been substantially accessed or completed
Once digital content has been substantially accessed, downloaded, or completed, refunds may not be available.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the user account or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future billing.
Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided.
Mentorship sessions are scheduled services and are subject to the following rules:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable
If a mentor cancels a session, the user may receive a reschedule or refund
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with the provider’s processing timelines.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
EduFlexi reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear excessive, abusive, or fraudulent, or that violate platform policies.
EduFlexi is currently operating in an active beta phase. Platform features, content, functionality, pricing, and availability may change as the platform evolves. Where appropriate, material updates will be communicated through the website or platform.
