Instructor Policy
Welcome to EduFlexi! These Instructor Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of instructors who use the EduFlexi platform to create, sell, and manage their courses. By registering as an instructor and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Instructor Eligibility
1.1. To register as an instructor on EduFlexi, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country of residence.
Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information during registration.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your courses and their content.
1.2. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information provided to EduFlexi is truthful and accurate.
2. Commission and Revenue System
2.1. Revenue Share:
Instructors earn 90% of the net revenue from course sales made on EduFlexi.
EduFlexi retains a 10% commission on all course sales to cover platform fees and operational costs.
2.2. Refunds and Adjustments:
If a course sale is refunded or canceled, any related revenue will be adjusted from the instructor’s balance.
EduFlexi reserves the right to make deductions from future payouts for refunded transactions.
2.3. Promotional Discounts:
- When EduFlexi offers promotional discounts, revenue will be calculated based on the discounted price of the course.
3. Payment Gateway and Payout Policy
3.1. Supported Payment Methods:
- EduFlexi supports payouts via bank transfer and PayPal. Instructors must provide accurate account details for their chosen method.
3.2. Payment Schedule:
- Payouts are processed weekly, provided the instructor’s account meets the minimum payout threshold, if applicable.
3.3. Minimum Payout Threshold:
- A minimum earnings threshold may apply before instructors can request withdrawals. This threshold will be communicated during onboarding or through the instructor dashboard.
3.4. Payment Accuracy:
- Instructors are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate. EduFlexi is not liable for delays or payment failures caused by incorrect information provided by the instructor.
3.5. Currency and Fees:
- Payouts will be made in the instructor’s selected currency, subject to conversion fees where applicable. Payment gateway fees may also apply.
4. Requesting Withdrawals
4.1. Withdrawal Process:
- Instructors can request a withdrawal of their available funds through the instructor dashboard.
4.2. Withdrawal Approval:
Withdrawal requests will be reviewed and approved within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 3-5 business days].
EduFlexi reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals in case of suspected fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.
4.3. Pending Balances:

5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership:
- Instructors retain ownership of the courses they create and upload to EduFlexi.
5.2. License to EduFlexi:
- By uploading content, instructors grant EduFlexi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, market, and distribute their courses.
5.3. Content Standards:
- Instructors must ensure their courses comply with EduFlexi’s Content Guidelines and do not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
5.4. Content Removal:
- EduFlexi reserves the right to remove or suspend any course that violates these Terms, our Content Guidelines, or applicable laws, without prior notice.
6. Instructor Obligations
6.1. Instructors are responsible for:
Creating and delivering high-quality courses.
Responding to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of course content.
6.2. Instructors must not:
Engage in fraudulent activities, including manipulating reviews or sales metrics.
Solicit students for external payments or services outside EduFlexi.
Violate any applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
7. Platform Usage
7.1. EduFlexi provides tools and services to help instructors create, market, and sell courses. Use of the platform is subject to the following conditions:
Instructors must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Instructors must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality.
Instructors must comply with all platform policies and guidelines.
8. Termination
8.1. EduFlexi reserves the right to suspend or terminate an instructor’s account for violations of these Terms or any other policies.
8.2. Instructors may terminate their account by providing written notice to EduFlexi.
8.3. Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be settled in accordance with the standard payout schedule, subject to deductions for any pending refunds or disputes.
9. Amendments
9.1. EduFlexi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Instructors will be notified of significant changes via email or through the instructor dashboard.
9.2. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
